Our team communicates with employers and workers’ compensation carriers throughout treatment. Minor procedures, laboratory services, and X-ray are available on-site when appropriate.
DOT Physicals
PrimeCare has multiple DOT Certified Medical Examiners and a Medical Review Officer on staff.
DOT certification may require medical records from specialists or other healthcare professionals. If necessary documentation is not available at the time of your visit, certification may be delayed.

Employees should bring valid photo identification and any documentation or medical records relevant to the requested service.
